How I Get Paid

In most cases, my services will cost you nothing!

I am paid for my services by the lending company where the mortgage is placed - not by the client.* The actual amount that i am paid is based on the mortgage amount and not on the interest rate you arranged on your behalf. Because compensation is tied to mortgage size rather than rate, clients are assured that our Brokers are not “holding back” on giving the best rate in order to be paid more.  This means that you will always be offered the best interest rate.

I work in your best interest by offering objective advice and a range of financing solutions. *In cases where private financing or commercial financing is arranged, or where there are very complex financing situations, a fee may be charged, but ALWAYS with your prior consent, so there are no surprises.
